Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Custom-made or modified products cannot be returned
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective
• A Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number must be obtained before sending any returns

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
